Welcome freshers and current students! We are looking forward to you all returning over the next few weeks. There are a few things you are must do over the coming weeks which we have listed below.

  • Complete Student Re-enrolment

All students who started their course in a previous Michaelmas term will need to re-enrol on Student Self Service. This is a short process and ensure that Kellogg College and the University hold current information about you. The re-enrolment period is already open.

  • Read the updated Handbooks

The Kellogg College Student Handbook and University Student Handbook (Proctors’ and Assessor’s Memorandum) have been updated over the Long Vac. This may also apply to your Course Handbook. Please ensure you read them to note any changes.

  • Pay your Course Fees by 19 October 2019

For those of you who pay your fees to College, the Finance Office is in the process of sending invoices. Remember, from this academic year, you will no longer see two separate figures for University fees and College fees, but a single combined figure called Course Fees.

  • Read about the new changes to Catering Payments

You should have already received an email about the changes to how payments will be made for College Lunch and Dinner. Payment will now occur at the point of sale using your UPay account. If you did not receive the email, please contact hospitality[at]kellogg.ox.ac.uk or read more about it here

The Kellogg College Welcome Weeks have already started, as continuing students you are welcome to attend almost all the events so please do come along to as many as you can. Welcome Weeks start on Monday 23 September and end on Sunday 13 October.

There are a wide range of events, from a Wellbeing Day on Friday 11 October, a taster session for the upcoming Kellogg Innovates, and social events, including a MacMillan Coffee Morning, family-friendly events, and drinks receptions to find out more about the Academic Life at Kellogg and Meet the Staff.

Don’t forget, all Kellogg students have 24/7 access to College, through your University Card, this includes into the Library and its study spaces and the College Hub. Remember never to give your card to someone else as this allows them the same access.
